Brought an amazing recliner that comes with all electric funtions such as cup holders that go up and down, the ability to recline easily and added LEDs for a extra wow. Overall this product is very sturdy, high-quality and just overall one of the most comfortable recliners. Also the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Definitely making Sels direct my go to furniture shop.

The worst service I have ever received in all my years of buying products. I saw the advertised product on FB so hopped onto messenger for a chat (persons name isn’t advised) nor did he/she introduce himself. I told them I was interested in a bed frame we discussed, tells me it’s out of stock and tries to upsell to a $200 more expensive bed by telling me it’s ‘ better ‘ well of course it’s better mate, I’m paying more for it so it better be better ! He/She made no conscious effort of trying to make the sale or even trying to maintain contact through messenger, we were talking last night to which he abruptly stopped replying which I thought was very rude and unprofessional and I even sent another message in the morning (today) asking very nicely to let me know if we can negotiate halfway as I was prepared to do that which I thought is very reasonable as it would be costing me $100 more than I originally budgeted for. Do you think these people cared about even replying? No chance, I could see they read the message on both occasions and didn’t care about a potential customer or just basic customer service etiquette and having some manners and just replying like any good and trustworthy company would. If you are looking to be ignored and not be able to buy what you are looking for, then look no further than Selsdirect -Steer clear guys, what a joke!

Really happy with the service. The couch sits really well in the centre of our theatre room. We have been looking for this size for a long time as we are keen to get our two large fish tanks in on either side. And can’t wait to get some cushions to match. Thanks guys!

Purchased Zest 4 Drawer Storage Bed Frame in black and it was exactly what I wanted! Sels direct helped me in terms of sizing and which frame would be best for my mattress. The delivery was so fast aswell! Highly recommend

Excellent product and customer service. We got a queen sized bed with storage.. Putting it all together was a challenge as the instructions were on the minimum side.. while assembly I got a bit frustrated, however, when I finished and looked the the assembled bed, it was very satisfying.Sel is brilliant, he really understands the requirements and tries to match as much as he can..

I loved their service. I bought a bed a few months ago and it turned out to be faulty. Although it took couple of months for them to replace the bed ( they were waiting for a part or consignment ). But still they were in touch and replied to my emails swiftly. I think if a company is replying quickly to your queries even after making a sale, that means they are doing a good job and deserve your business. Shout out to Sel who sorted things for me by changing my bed frame.
