We've tried many other courier companies around Melbourne and without a doubt, Jet Couriers are #1. We book 100's of jobs a week with Jet - from small parcels to pallet loads - and they're always competitive, reliable, and very easy to deal with. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Have been using Jet couriers for 10+ years now and in large volume since I started managing Tradezone 2 years ago. By far the most consistent of all the freight Companies and very prompt to action any concerns or issues we have. The company as a whole but more specifically Peter and the team at Bayswater who we mostly deal with do an amazing job in a tough industry and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I don't have a problem with Jet Couriers company or their drivers, I think their prices are brilliant. There were a miscommunication and jobs had to be rebooked via Sharon. She did a fabulous job.The issue was then escalated to a manager with the name of Alan to discuss the commercials involved. Alan wasn't only rude, but he also showed an aggressive and manipulative demeanour.I believe this company will have better success with managers that exhibits a friendlier personas. Due to this transaction, one star feedback is reflection on my experience.

We use Jet Couriers as an Urgent problem solving “go to” when our delivery service is busy, and they are very trustworthy and professional when the opportunity arises. We usually call the Office to organise the Jobs, and we have developed a good rapport with the staff over a long period now, and Jet fulfill our needs on almost a daily basis.

Been using Jet for approx ten years and always satisfied with the service and support. Find many freight companies start white hot but service drops after time, found Jet to be consistent and reliable for the long term.

Don’t work for this company , they will be constantly hiring so that there is an oversupply of trucks in the fleet and no one will get enough work. They will give you good jobs for two weeks and things will go down hill . No clarity around rates paid . Pays a paltry $270 for 4ton truck ,$300fkr 8 ton . If you are going to work always ask for atleast $350 for 4ton and $450 for 8 ton . Don’t work for less than that and make it bad for everybody else in the industry .

Not accountable for what they do . Have no service promise or try to keep their customer happy. “Your freight is late or lost?” “That is all we can do, we are very busy at the moment “That’s more than likely you would here from Jet courier customer service.A freight company with no promises should be their moto :)
