We recently visited Jefferson Ford Mentone on Saturday and were blown away by the fantastic customer service by Jake.Jake did all the right things, he was warm, friendly and knowledgeable. Any question that was thrown at him was answered respectfully, honestly with expertise. We really felt that we were taken care of at the dealership and we look forward to our Ford Ranger arriving in 12 months. Outstanding customer service!

Excellent customer service from sales and other sales support staff, communication was personable & authentic, I received clear and transparent information about the delivery process and timeframes, Chris was able to identify a solution to our purchasing requirements and has delivered.

My recent purchase experience of an used Corolla from Jefferson Ford was excellent. Friendly and welcoming staffs. Robbie prepared the car in a very nice condition. I paid for the deposit on the day then only realized the car came with one key as advertised. But Robbie helped contacting the previous owner and managed to collect the spare key, that for sure gave me the peace of mind. Paper work was super smooth and the deal was nice. Thanks Robbie.

I dropped my vehicle off during the school holidays whist spending time with my son, I was originally given a 1pm finish time, I was hoping to get out with my son later in the day. I explained this to the service manager and he accommodated my request and got my vehicle in sooner so I had more time to go out with my son that day. I really appreciated the extra effort and understanding my personal needs.

It was a challenging process with factors no one could control in regards to the ports, But Jefferson kept me in the loop the whole time, and the car was ready for collection very quickly once it arrived at the dealer.

What a great day it was receiving my new ford raptor from Jake Southgate who was so reliable in keeping me updated throughout the whole process and doing a magnificent job! The vehicle is incredible! And all the staff at Jefferson Ford are diligent reliable good operators!!!!!!

Just purchased a second hand car from Jefferson Ford, the car was immaculately clean. Robbie Was super easy to deal with, very honest and on the ball with communication. Jefferson ford responded to this review and asked me to call the dealer principle. I called, mentioned how none of my requests had been actioned at my recent service. Although deliberate upsells had been actioned. They responded with an 'im sorry to hear that'. And I mentioned mentioned that it had happened before with a previous defect, I received a 'sorry to hear that' and then nothing has happened. Any chance i could have my faulty trailer plug fixed and my slipping transmission looked at?
