No workout/gym has motivated me to work out 3+ times a week in probably 5 years. Then I found 9round and I go every chance I can! Jack and Di are so welcome y’all to you like they’ve known you for years and so family friendly I never feel like a burden bringing a little one who’s still adjusting to the environment. Can’t reccomend this place enough!

Absolutely love this gym the staff are amazing they are there to encourage you and show you what every exercise is.I love that I can come at anytime and slot into the workout in less than 3 mins no waiting around for a class to start, get in get it done and get outI love boxing and this gym has a great mix of everything

Great place to train. Trainers are fantastic, very encouraging and motivating. Love that every day is different. Enjoy the fun challenges throughout the year and the myzone app keeps you on track. Love it here, give it a go!!!

I've been a member at 9Round for 3.5 years now. With the support of the incredible trainers, I've been able to achieve some great results! I love that the atmosphere is so encouraging and family friendly. It's so easy to turn up when it suits me and the workouts are always interesting!

The one gym I’m ever felt comfortable in! Something different every day, 30 minutes and it’s done. The team are amazing, helpful and supportive and give you the push that you need when you don’t think you can go any further. Honestly couldn’t imagine my fitness journey in a better environment!

I’ve been a member since Feb, 21kg down and have never felt better! I love that every day the workouts are different and the trainers give just the right amount of push to make you challenge yourself. Bringing along the kiddies is made easier by the gated kids area and room to pop the pram. I would highly recommend 9 Round Lakelands to anyone who is thinking about doing it!

Since joining the 9rounds family in Lakelands, not only have I lost a tremendous amount of weight and gained strength, I’ve most importantly built confidence in myself and my entire mood has changed to a happy man. The trainers are wonderful, coaching you through each round and motivating you to push through your best. Even comforting you and encouraging you when you feel you didn’t give 100%. No egos at this gym, just pure dedication to have a fun workout and achieve each goal whatever that may be. Huge shout out to the staff and the gym, they’re all wonderful people and have honestly changed my life.
