I have utilized Floofers for my own pet and I would highly recommend them, what an amazing platform and service they provide. Very proactive and efficient. I would use them over and over again.

I didn’t know what to expect as this is the time time we have had to consider leaving our border collie pup. Floofers was incredibly professional & efficient in answering all of our questions and putting us at ease.As it happened, Jetstar cancelled our flight (at the last minute) and we were forced to cancel our Floofer’s pet sitter. Floofers automatically refunded our fee (no questions asked) and was incredibly sympathetic.Despite our massive disappointment with our trip cancellation, finding an honourable and responsible pet sitting service was the one positive thing in all of this! Had some payment issue with my booking. Called up the number on the website and was super happy that it was a real person I was talking to. Natasha from the customer service team was very helpful and I got my payment issue sorted. Got my booking coming up this week so I look forward to experiencing it. Happy so far.

Highly recommended. Although it is normal for a new app to have its glitches, I am impressed by their customer service team who jumped in to my query and tried to resolve the issue straight away. They are very responsive and as a user/customer, I felt I was heard.
