A very professional experience from the 1st phone call right through to installation. A Nortan representative came to assess the repair, however the unit had to be replaced. Where other company failed to provide service as it was a very challenging installation due to wire connection, Tom went out to his way to find a solution to install a new unit.I commend the installation team's work ethic, professionalism and good communication in continuing to work non-stop throughout. Their work was professional, neat and tidy. The old unit was removed from the wall and they did a very good repair of the plastering, both wall & ceiling.A thoroughly professional experience from beginning to end, thanks to the Nortan team.

I called Nortan Air Conditioning & Heating when my elderly parents heater stopped working. A technician went out the next morning and advised that due to the age of the heater a new one was required. After accepting the quote on a Wednesday my parents were advised that the heater would be installed on the following Monday. The lovely people at Nortan Air must have taken pity on my poor parents and phoned to arrange to install on the Friday for which we are very grateful as the weekend was freezing in Melbourne. Everyone we dealt with was professional and we can't fault Nortan Air for the service they provided.

I used Norton a few years ago to fix my A/C. When it broke again recently, I had them come out again to fix it but this time is was unable to be repaired. They provided a quote that night for two options for a new A/C and were able to fit me in quickly to have it installed. I did seek another quote for comparison and their pricing was competitive. Everyone I dealt with were friendly and responsive and I would recommend them to anyone needing either repairs or new A/C install.

Once we accepted the quote we were kept informed as to when installation would occur. It was only a few days before the installation team arrived, on time, on what became one of the wettest days of the year. The system internal thermostat control & vent were installed very neatly and we were given clear instructions on how to adjust it. The old unit was removed. We contacted Norton to discuss the performance of our evaporative cooler, as our movie room was too hot.It was decided that we really needed a air con unit installed that room and move the evaporative duct into another area.This was done with out fuss and on time with competitive pricing.They were very clean and through all the trades people were great to deal with.We also had our jet master and central heaters serviced in the same week and again totally delighted with the work and price.Will use Norton again and can not recommend them highly enough.

Very prompt service, answered all my queries and cost of installation of new Brivis ducted heating unit was extremely reasonable. Will definitely use Nortan's for regularly servicing of our unit.
