Platinum Elevators provide wonderful back up service, which is very reassuring to know.Twice we have done things that cause the elevator to stop, and we have rung the company and fairly quickly got on to technicians who have very patiently and clearly talked us through how to fix the problems. Each time, with their hep, we have been able to remedy the problem quickly and easily.It’s so good to know that there is quick and knowledgeable help at the end of the phone should there be a problem.Joel, a lift technician, helped us very recently when we rang.And we had the pleasure of meeting him this week when he came to do the regular service. He is a personable and competent young man with very good communication skills who carefully checked and serviced everything and explained to us what he had done.All communication through the office has been via Emma, who is lovely to deal with, very flexible when we wanted to change service dates, and also very efficient.They are a lovely company to deal with..

We've just had our new elevator in our new house build, installed by Platinum. The experience from the initial planning meeting in 2021, through to order finalisation in 2022, and now delivery and installation installation in 2023 has been exemplary. The very professional project coordinator from Platinum (Elliot) worked very well and closely with our builder throughout the project, and the two young technicians from Platinum who installed our elevator (Teal and John) were very professional, and clearly very competent. They took time to explain what they were doing and always had time speak to me as the owner. Their workmanship and manner reflects the experience we have had with Platinum throughout, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Platinum and the quality of their product. The finished product is exceptional.

We have installed a Platinum 4 level Lift with openings on both North and South walls. It is so quiet, reliable and definitely fast enough. The pre purchase service at Platinum was not at all pushy and the after purchase service was also excellent down to suggestions and choice for the interior finishes. There was no delivery problem even though it came from Italy during COVID! All questions were answered. We were made welcome in their showroom and on the phone during our many contacts and they always got back to us very quickly when they were not available. They also serve excellent coffee! I would highly recommend Platinum Lifts without hesitation.

Platinum Elevators installed our lift 3 years ago. The service has been exemplary. Technicians Rick & Josh are great guys and very knowledgable. Very helpful in answering our questions. The lift designs and options were extensive to choose from and the price was very competitive. Sales service was also very professional at the time. Well done team.

From first contact through to completion we have been really impressed, and happy, with the professional approach to our project. Our questions were answered clearly and with knowledge. The office has been there to assist at all times. The on-site installation people were so polite & friendly it was a pleasure to have them here. We have just installed a platform lift and are delighted with the product as well as the installation team.All installation staff, Teale, Chris, Elliott and John did an excellent job. Apart from installing the lift in a difficult to get to area, they not only did a great job, helped to clear away any packing, as well as assisting with moving personal rubbish in a big skip.Thank you guys!!!

Rick attended my properly for my lifts first service, he was professional, happy to answer any questions I had on the day and I could tell he was very experienced in what he does.
