Really friendly staff and clean and organized store. The change rooms are a little cramped though.

I Needed assistance post sale and the customer service provided by Tichanna at Whitfords Dotti store was above and beyond what i have experienced and expected in many instances across the industry generally speaking. The young lady in question should be commended for her professional customer service, lovely phone manner, being very well trained and ability to think on her feet and problem solve, by thinking outside the box, which resulted in me the customer being extremely pleased with the outcome. She need not of obliged my request but in doing so generated goodwill, an intangible asset to any business that has not only resulted in this post, 'free public marketing' possibly generating additional revenue from the public at large, but also my willingness to continue to shop at the store and recommend it to friends and family. Great Job Tichanna-I hope you receive the credit which is due if not keep this for your resume.

Always find the staff here super friendly and helpful but not too pushy. They’ll always look for what you’re after or a good alternative but never force you to buy anything you’re not sold on.
