Leisa Baldwin
Leisa is the best Yoga teacher I have had in 50 years.I have been attending her classes since she came to the Sunshine Coast. She teaches Iyengar Yoga which is gentle but powerful. Leisa has exceptional knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of the body and puts her many years of renowned teaching into practise with the poses she teachers her students.I highly remember her classes.
