I have been coming to Yoga Energy for just over a year now. Kate and the team are amazing with each instructor bringing something different to each class and there are a wide variety of classes to suit all levels.It's a beautiful little space that is warm and welcoming and I've made some great friends too!

I love this studio, not just a way to get moving again, it treats your personal journey to improvement holistically. Movement, strength and clarity are the things you will gain from the many types of Yoga classes they offer. From power vinyasa all the way through to restorative, also meditation and Aerial Yoga. Although I have been practising Yoga for years I can challenge myself but I can also use the studio the recalibrate and rest.

I've only been at the studio for ~6 weeks and have nothing but positive feedback to offer. There's so much to like about Yoga Energy, each instructor/yogi is professional, knowledgeable and patient with newcomers like me! I have no hesitation recommending Yoga Energy to anyone wanting to give yoga a go.

Kate has created such an incredible space for practicing yoga, all the yogis are like a big friendly family and the instructors are so knowledgeable.A great range of classes are available and there's something for everyone and every mood.I love coming and it's completely changed my life!

Kate and the team are amazing and everyone is so caring and friendly. I started my first yoga class 12 months ago and it has helped my mental health, flexibility and general well being so much! There are so many different classes to choose from and there are classes 7 days a week so it fits into my busy schedule so easily. It’s a special place ❤️

Yoga Energy Menai has been such a wonderful addition to the community. Kate is a beautiful, kind person and continues to strive in this business. Adapting her classes to met the interests of her clients, such as putting in the aerial and soon to be bungee class. I feel so lucky to have such a fun studio in my neighbourhood. I couldn’t recommend her enough for new yoga practices and also down time when you just need to relax and mediate.

I only started yoga this year and from the moment I started communication with Kate I felt welcomed and encouraged.I loved my first class, not just because of the way I felt but because it was like walking in to see an old friend. I felt empowered to be able to do the class even though I had no idea.10 months on I have increased my participation and travel the 40min round trip because of the atmosphere that matches the professional and friendly approach.....and even better my poor beaten body is starting to feel nuturted and things I haven't been able to do for years are now becoming a reality. I would be lost without Yoga Energy Menai and the effort that goes into making this space welcoming to all levels.

Friendly people, cozy studio but nice atmosphere, incredibly sweet instructor who went above and beyond when it came to our group's many requests. We had so much fun doing bungee yoga, we sure will be back in no time! Very good value for the hour, considering this was something we had never heard of before and was such a great workout (but maybe don't eat a full meal beforehand!) Will definitely be coming back

This studio and it’s beautiful staff are amazing. From the moment I walk into the room I feel at peace. Kate has created a place where you feel welcomed and nurtured. I joined the studio as a foundation member and have watched Kate and her teachers work tirelessly to offer a variety of classes to suit everyone. I’m so glad I am part of the Yoga Energy studio.
