Bombarded with emails, at least a dozen a day. If insurance line keeps this up any longer after I have asked them to stop. I'm going to the insurance ombudsman office and reporting them .

A lot of people dont like insurance companies and we have been with Insuranceline since 2003. My husband is terminally ill and in the last 6 weeks we have been struggling. The team at Insuranceline have been so wonderful, kind, filled with empathy, understanding and I cannot say enough about how good they have been to us. Now, my husbands final months can be spent in peace knowing we are catered for financially. God bless you guys at Insuranceline.

I became so irritated by the stupid commercial, where cartoon conversation is had with a turtle, that I decided to look at the reviews for Insurance line.... I'm not surprised to see how negative it is. The obvious employee reviews could not stem the tide of dismayed customers..... I'll steer clear of them.

I was with them for many years, it got to the point where I couldn't afford the $88 per fortnight. I had to cancel the contract and was not even offered a part refund

DO NOT USE.My mother has been paying for 18 years. They are now saying she if she doesn't pay until 90 years of age, policy is cancelled, no cover, no refund and Max they'll pay for a funeral is $8000.BE WARNED.

This company was referred to me by word of mouth and what amazing covers and flexibility they offer to their clients.They were prompt and pre friendly.Very helpful.A friend of mine had a funeral and the funds were released to her without any delays.Many more services they offer as now I have become a member.I had only been with insuranceline less than a year.So grateful to have chosen them.Thanks GuysAll the best.

Watch out for elderly and challenged family members. This company goes out of its way to hit vulnerable people who do not understand. After assisting a challenged brother to cancel his policy they hit on him again and got him on a second funeral fund and a $200k accident policy. He is on a disability pension and can bearly live from day to day. Why would he want a $200k accident and disability policy. Time to take them to the Financial Ombudsmen.

Steer clear of these merchants, they happily take your money for years but when it comes to paying out they try their best in all means possible not to pay out.I would highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.
