We have just had our windows and stacker door installed by MCG Windows. I highly recommend them. Great advice at the initial stages when I was selecting which windows and doors to get. They delivered when they said they would, and the installation was great. I will definitely use them again.

Overpriced, terrible quality and poorest customer service. Once they have your money, they dont want to know you.Don’t expect any after installation service with any reault cause they are inept. Would never use MCG aga or rcommend these guys.They got measurements wrong so double glazing is pointless because of a big gap.Also ordered another handle but they lost it.The quality of the product is rubbish with all the rubber seals coming away from edges.They promised to help with finding a cover plate, ut once they had my money they wiuldnt return my calls.Worst company to deal with.

Have used MCG in the past and was thrilled with service, quality and finished product. I contacted them recently for a second job. The communication was excellent - salesman turned up on time and quote was emailed by the end of the day. I will be definitely ordering my second lot of windows through MCG - they are going to be brilliant for updating the facade on my 80’s home.
