We have heard a lot of nice comments from friends that visit this place. Very nice appearance on the dishes and we were expecting a five star experience however the chicken feel short as been very hard and chewy. Will try again to be fair and update the review.

Waitress who took our order was lovely. Her personal tip was deserved for recommending the slow cooked lamb shoulder, my sis enjoyed it very much. I very much enjoyed garlic and chilli prawns and my salmon with the right amount of veggies and mashed sweet potato ♥️♥️Downside: Chai latte was too milky and Banana milk shake was pricey at $6 for just milk, banana flavour and 1 small scoop vanilla ice cream. I was expecting a 'milkshake' blended with all ingredients mentioned above.

Great restaurant with good service. Food portions are generous and definitely worth the value. Do give it a try.

I went yesterday with my friend. The food was looks good but it actually so bad we find some small insects inside the food. When we asked for a tap water we also found some insects inside it.I went to the place 3 times. I noticed that there is no concern for cleanness. We found a hair in the food.The Açaí bowel was so small and melted.I hope you to focus more on cleanness levels.

The service last night was amazing, the two ladies working were very helpful with their suggestions on the menus and made sure we were taken care of. The coffee was amazing and the service made the whole night so much more enjoyable. Thanks to those lovely girls!!

The food is nice, the staff ….. wow disgusting! The lady at the front is feral, rude, has an attitude problem and no customer service. The waitress take long to come to the table and when they do they come with attitude and sighing rolling their eyes. The only waitress who was nice to me was the girl with blue eyes, dark hair and freckles last week.There was only one girl who had amazing customer service and amazing coffee too she use to work night but sadly haven’t seen her there anymore big shame as I’ve been coming here for years and it’s gone down hill

We have been a regular customer of Iconic but we just did a Takeaway order where they forgot to give us our drinks. We went back again and told them they forgot to pack it. The employee Amour who claimed to be the manager accused us that apparently we said yes to her waitress when she asked if we got drinks and we never had any such conversation with the waitress.How in the world are we supposed to know what all is packed in the take away knotted bags until we opened them once we reached home. Instead of showing basic customer service and apologising for the inconvenience as we had to visit the restaurant twice, she kept defending her incompetent employee and loudly said it's not Iconic's fault that they missed to put all the ordered items in our takeaway packet. After hearing that I bursted out laughing as I realised the lady at the counter named Amour had no skills and traits to give a logical reply.Later, I asked if there's anyone else whom I can complain to. I was told that I can complain to the her as she is the manager" who herself had zero managerial skills.If there was an option for zero stars

The drinks were absolutely delicious the chicken Snitzel was cooked to perfection & the mocktails was very nice the first waitress was absolutely a delight to deal with .The second one on the other hand was rude we asked for cutlery numerous times until I eventually asked the gentleman at the front and he relayed the message .The bruschetta wasn’t enjoyable at ended up not even eating it . But in saying that the rest of the meal was deliciousThe donut fries are a Must try !!
