Alistar was beyond amazing! He was supportive and honest through out the whole process. He was able to educate me on ring designs and the pros and cons of each style. Once we had decided on a design for the engagement ring Alistar explained the ring making process and kept me up to date on every step of the process with regular photo updates.After everything was done my now fiancé was over the moon with the end result. We could not recommend Gray Reid Gallery enough. They are the most amazing company and the people are true champions of the industry. I took my engagement ring to Gray Reid for re-sizing, a clean and polish and a valuation (for insurance purposes).Given my fiancé proposed with his Grandmother’s vintage engagement ring, it was important to us that we took it to a jeweller who was experienced in vintage jewellery.Anja was extremely friendly and very helpful throughout the process.I am absolutely over the moon with the end result – my ring now fits perfectly and I can’t stop staring at how gorgeous and sparkly it looks after the clean and polish.We also felt the price was very reasonable. With a wedding next month we wanted a unique engagement ring and wedding bands. With the engagement ring we needed a ring designed that would accommodate an existing tanzanite stone and for this to then complement a wedding band. We collected the engagement ring and wedding bands last week and the expression on the face of my partner said it all. They are absolutely stunning!
