Tried to cancel so much that the payment agency had to chase him down (that he uses to take money). Moved his office off premises which made cancelling hard as he didnt answer voice message or return emails. And then replied that I was basically making up the contact because I was broke. My Contract went past the lockin time by about 15 months... I wish I could give minus 5 stars.

Great boutique gym, great machines, plenty of equipment and friendly staff with lots of knowledge. The classes are not too big and it is now 24 hour access. I like it.

Terrible customer service, dated equipment.Tried to cancel numerous times and still no reply to emails. Had to call credit card company and ezidebit to cancel.
