A friend bought 2 kg Bay prawns on Christmas Eve and brought them to me to peel them. I think they must have been at least 2 weeks old. Never had so much trouble peeling prawns. Had to throw half them out. Not impressed.

I purchased scollops and prawns and they were tasteless. $50 worth of food that went to the dog.The muscles were fresh and had delicious taste.We will shop around moving forward.

Oh my that was frustrating. Tried to order some seafood for Christmas and the lady was quite rude and terribly unhelpful. Considering we were spending upwards of $300 (though no idea how much it will be as they wouldn't give us any prices which seemed a little disingenuous). I would have thought it all deserved a small amount of manners. First time we've order for Christmas, doubt we'll try these guys again next time. Sad as they're quite convenient.

Thought I'd purchase some prawns today to go with my fish for dinner but unfortunately there were four heads without their bodies in the 200g I was given, and they didn't taste as great as I expected.Thank goodness the fish was good, or I would have been very disappointed!

From the time we rang and made a order the service was excellent. Picked up our seafood for Christmas day and the packaging and iced boxes absolutely first class.Drove up from Mollymook and pick up service was hassle free.The seafood was the freshest on the south coast the snapper was beautiful and prawns excellent. Will be back next year.WELL DONE EVERYONE!!!

My brother was sold dangerous, possibly toxic green mussels yesterday. He asked why mussels were open and on sale, reply was only arrived yesterday, okay to eat. Unaware of probable danger, he brought home. I placed into cold salt seawater, but all remained opened indicating they were dead and therefore dangerous to consume. He was ripped off! Never again! Reporting to food safety NSW!

Last week, I bought a box of scallops claimed to be imported from Japan"; the texture like rubber and has a soapy taste after cooked. I've Japanese seafood for more 20 years
