Goodwin performing arts provides a professional and exciting experience for children of all ages. Both of my daughters (ages 6 and 12) have enjoyed a range of classes with Alison and Britt, and have been able to experience a wide range of performance opportunities. Lessons are fun and educational and both girls have blossomed under their tutelage. Alison and Britt nurture individual skills and talents, and mentor students to achieve to their best potential. The experience and talent they each bring to the teaching process is invaluable. My daughters have thrived in this supportive and creative environment. I highly recommend Goodwin Performing Arts to anyone wanting to nurture their child's talents and encourage their child as a confident and well rounded performer.

We went to this place early for a prearranged appointment. Qe were hoping to enrol a 9 year old in class. From the get go, the lady who was there (I assume Britt but she didn't say even though we asked) was rude and unwelcoming.We didn't get a good impression at all and in comparison to Just Acro, this place was just awful. Mt concern is if she can treat new families like this, how would our kids be treated in her care. We should have paid attention to the review that referred to Dance Mums but thought we would give them the benefit of the doubt... Dance Mums indeed.

A fantastic place to learn dance and circus, I have been going here since end of 2018 and I have learnt so much as well as improve, everyone is so lovely towards each other and it feel like a second family. Britt is such an amazing teacher and really explains skills in a way that makes it easy to understand. would definitely recommend :)

At Goodwin Performing Arts you are welcomed with the upmost respect and professionalism. I have been attending GPA for a few months now and have learnt so much. It is an open and nurturing environment to explore your abilities and your craft without feeling embarrassed or self conscious.I was so nervous at my first class but with Alisons and the other students support I felt immediately comfortable to perform the tasks at hand. Every week I look forward to my next lesson and the many opportunities available because not only do you learn so much, you have fun as well.For anyone wanting to pursue a rewarding career in the entertainment industry or just wanting to take a casual dance class, I without a doubt recommend Alison and Britt (Goodwin Performing Arts) you wont regret it because I certainly haven't.

A fantastic place to learn to Dance,Sing,Act and amazing work shops such as the modelling course and Musical Theater work shop. Since going there my confidence has grown i highly recommencedfor both Children to adult a huge range of variety such as Tap ( my favorite) Hip hop,Ballet,Ballet extension,conditioning classes and so much more. and its a fantastic place to go no matter what mood your in it sure lifts my spirits even on my not so great days i always leave with a smile.

Hi, I just wanted to do a update on my original review to thank the wonderful teachers at Goodwin. My daughter has now been with you for quite a few years and very much still immensely enjoys each and every one of her classes . With your help she is growing in to such a wonderfully confident and happy young women. PS I really enjoy my classes now too haha - thank you for your patience with me. Classes are awesome we always have fun and learning new moves each week is very enjoyable.

Alison Goodwin would have to be one of the most rudest and disrespectful individuals I have had the displeasure of dealing with.Learn some manners and respect. Zero stars is more appropriate yet Google's minimum is one.I now send my child to SJ DANCE.13.6.2020.Thank you for your reply.It has taken you over 2 months to respond to my review.My review is factual and was not written straight away after the rudeness you displayed.I waited till our little girl settled in to her new dance classes. She comes home happy and full of joy instead of withdrawn and on the verge of tears. I removed my little girl from your class in January 2020.For your information I have written more positive reviews than negative.I was also present when you leaned out of the second storey window and abused the gardener from nextdoor for having his wheelie bin in one of your many unused parking spaces. This was the last straw that made us remove our little Angel from your classes.You need to face the facts that you are not a nice person.Your daughter teaches the acrobat lessons so I believe you must be the clown that handles the clown lessons.17.6.2020.You are correct about the incident that occurred as I was the ONLY parent there. We were late and the class had already commenced. We witnessed an empty carpark as well as an empty street. From our vehicle parked on Maud Street we witnessed you hang out the second storey window and abuse the gardener from nextdoor.We did not hear any swearing from either party. We did hear the gardener say that he was almost finished but you rudely insisted for him to remove his bin immediately. This seemed extremely petty to us as your class had already commenced.Our family went away on a trip around Southern Australia from late October 2019 till the end of the year. We explored outback N.S.W and Victoria following the history of the Gold Rush.From what we witnessed only a CLOWN would report such a storm in a tea cup to the police.As stated you are the CLOWN teacher.
