Motorserve Artarmon

Brought my car in for a service on Monday morning after my friend recommended it to me, and mentioned that I need to get it done ASAP due to it being my main transportation. My car was done the same afternoon and ready to be picked upThe staff are very friendly, and explained everything that they found in a professional manner.

First experience with Motorserve through insurance claim - our car was in a hit and run and we made a claim as we had a witness to the incident. We had to instigate all forms of communication, we followed all of their instructions and were still made to feel like everything we did was wrong. Further, they claimed they needed to keep our car for 2 weeks as they were “waiting on parts” - it was damage to the door which required no parts. After two weeks, we had to return the vehicle to Motorserve as the paint had lots of particles in it so panels needed to be resprayed. We are aware that this is due to another party completing the work. The damage is still visible so will now be following up through insurance as we tried to do the right thing and give them a chance to rectify and were not satisfied with the result. When we raised issues to staff on the second drop off, the staff member told us to fill in a survey to communicate our experience which conveniently has not been sent either time.

I called 14 times over 3 days from my phone and two of my mates phones and no one answered (after taking my car into their shop) they claimed they were calling and texting me but I never once received a single message or missed call (correct number was confirmed with them). Once I went to pick up my car I found they had parked it on the spot under a tree so it would be covered in bird poo with the windows so obscured it is now dangerous to drive home. Cheers guys you are genuinely an embarrassment of a mechanic.

When they do the work they are supposed to, they are great. But their quality has been declining over the years. Recently they keep forgetting to wash the car as a part of the service (they NEVER forgot previously, but the last two times, they have). And twice now, they have forgotten to call me for my car collection, but were also uncontactable (tried to desperately call them but couldn't get through), leading to me being without a car for a day or a weekend which is absolutely infuriating. How they can forget to check in with their customers is beyond me. Hard to recommend them, even though when they do the job correctly, they are great. They are just too unreliable.

Bryce and the team have been looking after for me for years. Always friendly and always keep my car running well.Zero mechanical issues over the last 7 years due to quality services and regular maintenance.Appreciate the effort guys!

Great service, and fair price.Took my van here recently for a service and was very impressed.Usually I doubt that most of the work has been done however, The manager call Bryce (I think) was great didnt talk any BS and I left feeling like the van would have had a good look over.Will be back for another service and hoping that I get the same great treatment.Keep it up team.

Had our car serviced twice Motorserve and second time is absolutely horrible.Have to pick up our car due to part delay and now 4 months later, still no part. No calls from them at all and what even worse is after numerous visits for updates, they now don't even want to repair our car anymore.Being treated completely as rubbish. Please avoid!

Motorserve Artarmon is my regular for servicing and any repairs. They are always extremely professional and thorough with my vehicle. I appreciate the transparency they give when communicating any issues with my car and any repairs that may be necessary. Highly recommend if you are looking for a trustworthy mechanic!

Come here for first time to do basic service and change transmission oil,made a booking a week before but the day of service suddenly get inform the transmisson oil not available. How silly is that? What for i made a booking?Not recommended at all.

Best service by far. Should be the benchmark for all other companies for how to deal with the general public. 5 star from initial check in to drive away at the retrieval of your keys. I shall be using this stellar automotive company for my upcoming annual service, of which is due next month.Thank you for your professionalism & approachable demeanor.
