National Storage Richmond, Melbourne

We were blown away by the staff at National Storage! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and they looked after us even though they don't usually do such short term storage. Will definitely be using them in the future if I ever need storage again.

I had the worst experience served by a gentlemen name ALEX. I came in to pick up my parcel since the courier couldn’t find our concierge, immediately as i walked in, ALEX just pointed at a pile of packages and ask to search for my own parcel in the office without any clear directions.. found my parcel and was headed out to the door - he called me back saying he needed to release the parcel and ask me to put the parcel and waited.He kept doing his work and ignored me completely until i said i was not aware of the process here and if he was going to be awhile, and he started saying i was not his priority, he said the courier does not pay for his salary, next time be angry at your courier… and kept going - at the end he said take your business elsewhere and never come back.Worst experience I’ve had ever, it was not my choice to get the parcel delivered there. NATIONAL STORAGE RICHMOND - please get your act together if you don’t want to do parcel collection tell your partners .

Could not be happier with the quality of the service at Guardian Storage Richmond. The people in the office have always been a delight to deal with and assisted me with any help I needed. The storage units are clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a storage shed.

By far and away the best service of any storage company we contacted. So easy to book, availability is online, booking is online... couldn’t ask for better prices. After waiting months for a space at another local company, we booked and moved in the same day all through the website. Super friendly service and easy to access. Highly recommended.

I used Guardian Storage twice during 2013/14 and cannot recommend them highly enough. The staff were fantastic and incredibly flexible and understanding given the sometimes random nature of moving house/deliveries/transport etc - especially with an interstate move.The facility was clean and had plenty of trolleys - plus the huge (and always working!) lift was a massive help. They also have plenty of boxes/tape/plastic for sale - really helpful because rarely do you have enough of this stuff organised.I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Interstate. A difficult situation being in Sydney and trying to get a carrier to deliver goods from coastal Vic.to site unseen National Storage Richmond. Eventually having National transfer them to an interstate carrier to bring the goods to Sydney. National's Mike Myers relieved all stress by being both highly efficient and incredibly helpful right from the outset. He answered all emails promptly, helped with paperwork, supplied a very handsome combination lock and did everything possible to ensure the transfer would go smoothly which it did. I highly recommend this storage facility and would have given it 5 stars but for a large dollar mistake by a former staff member when quoting on insurance cover.

I drive past this place every other day and Google wants me to rate my experience!?Yes, I enjoyed driving past!Hopefully this will stop all the questions.

The office was “open”. But locked. I phone and the man (Alex) said he was upstairs and to wait 8 minutes. He then got angry and yelled at me and was really rude. Horrible attitude.

Ama and Romio make everything easy for you. Nice facility in the hart of Richmond. I even got a chocolate when I got there. I recommend strongly.

If I could give the Richmond branch -5 stars I would! The staff is the worst customer service staff I have ever had the misfortune to deal with, especially the manger. He's so ill mannered and far from helpful. I'm not sure if he has a problem with women or if he is so rude and vigour with everyone .
