I had quickly ducked in here to get a haircut just as restrictions were being talked about and was just after some layers in my short hair to spruce it up a bit. I repeated many times that I didn’t want to lose the length (hair was just past my chin) but wanted some layers to add some texture. I ended up walking out with a pixie cut and I was absolutely mortified. Thank GOD we went into lockdown because it’ll take me forever to get back to the length I had before I went.

Julie was the one who cut my hair. She was nice and chatty and recommended me a product that protects my hair and leaves it nice and silky. I came in for a trim, since I'm growing out a pixie cut, and she did a fantastic job of making everything neat and tidy. I'll definitely come back againUpdate: I did go back! They did my hair exactly how I asked again! They're very lovely

Went in for a wash and cut. I had said that I wanted an inch off as I knew I had dead ends plus bangs and layers. The lady was nice and chatty but I was getting worried when the inch came off but she continued to keep cutting. My hair literally looks hacked. I wasn’t game to ask her to soften the layers in case more hair came off. Hopefully after a couple of months my hair should look ok.

Went in on two separate occasions with my children to get their hair cut. My daughter who's 2 was getting her first cut, was terrified but quickly eased into it and loves her new hair. My son who we haven't taken to a hair dresser in 2.5 years (he has sensory issues) was inspired by his little sister and got his cut. Both hairdressers were fantastic and I am extremely happy with the results. Zero tears from either child. I went in with a fear for both children of tears and a nightmare and walked out with happy little children and a happier mother. Thanks team:)

Absolutely terrible.they destroyed my son's hair just so could get out of there at 5:30. Rough as with the clippers with massive hack lines and uneven patches..then cut the top with blunt scissors and Fring was so bad..then an attemt to do a line on the sides was a joke.whoever qualified this person as a hairdresser needs help..rude rough and extremely bad..go somewhere else

Maybe I caught staff on a bad day but was greeted very rudely when I was making a booking in store. Lady seemed uninterested in my business and was sour when I couldn't hear her properly through the face mask.Walked out and found somewhere else more friendly and energetic.

The people are very nice but I asked for a straight bangs and not only does it look thick on one side then thin on the other it’s not even straight. I blow dried it and its still uneven. So I think the hair cut itself was terrible but the lady that did it was very nice and kind
