I picked up my brand new Camry this morning, the experience with the entire team has been seamless as well as pleasant due to the team's great service, I must mention Nichole whose customer service is exceptional. I highly recommend Lander Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a new or second hand vehicle you're treated like part of the family.

A few days ago, I encountered a battery issue with my Hiace and promptly scheduled an appointment at Lander Toyota to have it checked. Upon dropping off my vehicle, I patiently waited for an update. However, after a considerable wait of two hours, I received a call from the service center informing me of a supposed issue with my car battery, which they claimed needed to be replaced at a cost of $400. To my surprise, I was taken aback by this statement as my battery was still under warranty.Initially, the service center staff adamantly refused to honor the warranty and replace the battery. Determined to resolve this matter, I reached out to Toyota Australia directly to seek clarification. To my relief, Toyota Australia confirmed that my battery was indeed covered under warranty. Armed with this information, I relayed the message to the service center, which reluctantly accepted their error.However, my ordeal did not end there. After a few more hours, I received yet another call from Lander Toyota, informing me that they had retested the battery and suddenly found it to be in good condition. I found this inconsistency deeply unsettling, especially considering that they had already acknowledged the warranty and should have promptly replaced the battery if it was indeed faulty. Furthermore, during this entire ordeal, they held my working van hostage for two days without providing a resolution.DisappointingThe overall experience I had at Lander Toyota's Blacktown service center was far from satisfactory. Not only did they fail to recognize a warranty-covered issue with my battery, but their behavior throughout the process was unprofessional and discourteous. This incident has left me questioning the competence and reliability of their service department.

Purchased a new car from Lander Toyota, Blacktown. Arthur and Pete was exceptional in the way they assisted us. Communicated in a timely manner and was a great experience. We purchased 2 cars from this yard. The Sales team were really good. Really fair in price and helpful. We used to go to Castle Hill but had massive issues.After we purchased the cars, they now get serviced here as well. Never had an issue with the guys and girls there. They are very helpful and professional.Highly recommend speaking to someone about buying and servicing your cars.

Had my corolla hybrid hatch in for a service yesterday and Jason's service was brilliant. He was extremely attentive and helpful. He got my car serviced extremely quickly and had great customer service. Definitely recommend him when booking in for a service. Thanks again Jason!!

Nandish was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal, so much so that my mother placed an order with him for a Yaris Cross. He was clear and concise with the order process and let us test drive a Yaris Cross in the exact spec that my mother wanted.
