Astoundingly good food. Fresh with no cheap cuts. Generous serves. Great gluten free options. Very friendly service.The lunch deal looks particularly good value.

Absolutely fantastic.I ordered 5 different dishes, as a take away order... With even a gram less self control, I would have eaten myself a hernia.Everything was outstanding, and I'll be going back to try the rest.

Well it's a quiet cosy little restaurant, but don't be discouraged, the quality of the food is fantastic. We were so impressed we ordered some other mains for takeaways when we left. We had to try another beef meal.The service was excellent, friendly helpful and made you feel very welcome.We will be back and we live in Melbourne. I highly recommend trying Red Lantern Bendigo...

This humble eatery was a brilliant surprise. On the main road and easy to park at, my party of 5 enjoyed all our meals. Salt and Pepper Squid, Satay Beef, Sweet and Sour pork, Prawns with cashews, all delicious, served quickly and with a smile. A great finale to a day with Elvis. Red Lantern rocks

I celebrated my 21st birthday at Red Lantern! They were kind enough to let me have the whole restaurant. The communication between the owners and our party was fantastic and made the experience so easy. On the night the staff did a wonderful job and were quick to take orders and serve customers, even with so many people they remained friendly and the service was great. Not one person had a complaint about their meal, and so many people had never been there before and commented on how amazing the food was and that they wanted to come back. No one could believe how affordable to prices were, either - it made the night truly one to remember and I cannot thank Ivy and all of the staff enough for giving me the perfect night!

I took my family lately for dinner. It's not a fine diner stuff with basic looks & seating . Chairs was placed all the way near the counter w/ no space to go in . Average food with no Chinese Authentic taste at all. Fried rice was patheic & not fully cooked w/ uncooked frozen vegies.Honey chicken was fineFried icecream was super horrendous . I mean really really terrible. Icecream was fried in old oil with very weird taste.Lolz , we only enjoyed prawn crackersSorry , not coming back for sure

Gorgeous amazing perfect outstanding wonderful. The workers are friendly and extremely attentive, the food always slaps, and the ingredients are very obviously of a high, fresh quality

Exceptional once again.We have taken friends to the Red Lantern and they loved it.Catering to special requirements isn’t an issue.The atmosphere is welcoming and the restaurant clean. Everything is very clean.The food is always fresh, delicious and generous servings.
