One of the first moves I’ve organised by myself! It wasn’t a far move as it was in the same complex, however the access was terrible. The boys that were hired got on with the job at hand quickly and effectively. Thanks so much Tom and Luke! I will be using the company again in the future and highly recommend!

UPDATED: One week after our move, Blue Truck Removals offered compensation if – and only if – we changed our review to 5-stars or removed it. The compensation offer was $100 plus the amount they overcharged us, but it could not be refunded unless we changed our review first. The representative, Chris, said: My hands are tied in how I can process it. That process has been received well by every other person I’ve offered it to." That might explain why they have a good average out of 5 for reviews which is misleading. AVOID THEM.BACKGROUND: Like a hit and run... We were booked for 7am

We used Blue Truck for a second time today. Luke and Brandon called ahead to confirm all was in plan. Turned up on time and we’re extremely careful with what was a very challenging move into a three story apartment with narrow and fairly steep stairs. They did a great job, zero damage, really polite guys. Great job, we’ll done. I’d definitely use them again.
