Messed called Facebook messages aswell no reply. Very bad customer service. Not sure if it's a new owner. But they never use to be like this. I ended up going to another company.

Terry is brilliant, an absolute pleasure. Terry apologetically rescheduled our initial booking, and came out to me at work the next day, in the heatwave I might add, to replace my windscreen. Terry's friendly manner is both genuine and well received. Furthermore, Terry's professionalism and competitive price point is unbeatable. Terry's high-level [customer] service is worth more than what he asks of his customers, and if he asked for it, he'd be well worth 'the big bucks.' Experiencing Terry's business is a compelling reason not to get windscreen cover for my car, although I must. I would happily recommend Keys Auto Glass any time, and will be doing so.
