After searching online without success i called into the store where i purchase my trimmer. I was after a trimmer fitting that had broken, and i was unable to find anywhere online, or through the manufacturer. Rami was extremely helpful and found one in his 'box of spares'. Very grateful for this.

I lost my Wahl clipper charger and Rami went out of his way to ensure I got exactly what I needed. He initially had no stock but made great efforts during the week to get it for me. He even called me during the week to let me know he had reserved it for me. Fantastic service and very professional.

Located on the bottom floor. They are a great store with helpful staffs. Their price are not cheap unless they are doing a special.

THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM. These two sketchy indian scammers tried to overcharge for my shaver. The price was listed as $119 and at the counter they decided to sell the same one for $169. They made stupid excuses that the $119 one was sold out (which was already false advertising) and their $169 has an extra head.I refused and decided to purchase the $69 shaver instead but then the guy goes to the back and brings out the $119 one which he clearly said few seconds ago was sold out. Such a ridiculous experience and felt extremely uncomfortable the entire time.

I recently bought a beard trimmer here (Wahl) and it's my third purchase at the store. Each time I have had a good experience, but today, I had to go in and have a part replaced for my trimmer. Rami served me and was outstanding. He offered to replace it as a gesture of goodwill given our loyalty. Highly recommended.

Today I had the pleasure of attending the Shaver Shop Castle Hill branch, armed with a busted Wahl trimmer. The service I received from Renee was absolutely top-class. She was attentive, kind, enthusiastic and up for a laugh and conversation. Superbly done Renee and you should be given a bonus based on my interactions with you today. The less said about the trimmer the better, but hopefully my replacement does a little better. Five stars!!
