Chatswood Thai Massage

I went there as they have higher rate and I had neck pain on my left side.I have been there 6:45pm yesterday and I was told to have massage after half hour as I did not book. I paid $55 cash as they gave me $5 discount for 30min. My masseuse is so inexperienced… She used her elbow and forearm to make massage. She never knew to cover the other parts when she massage one point. I felt cold and painful the whole process. As a result, this experience shows that they are the worst massage I ever took during these years. I felt so painful on my both shoulder and lower back, and woke up at 3:40 this morning. This is so unfair that I paid $55 for half hour and feel more painful when I back. They just destroy my Christmas. I will keep checking my shoulder and back and will sue them if necessary.

I’ve been so sore for the last couple weeks and of course I always come back to this place! This is the first time I’ve had Lydia who did an amazing job, she was able to pinpoint my knots and target areas of where I was sore. I feel so relieved and relaxed now! I always get the Remidal massage and Lydia did so much more than what is usually done by others. Would highly recommend everyone to go to her as I would definitely go back to her again!

I had another massage at Chatswood Thai Massage last week and once again was so amazing. luv it there.Every time i get a very professional masseuse so they must be all qualified and always know how to find & un-tie my knots.I also enjoy the fact that they are so well located.I would recommend this place highly & be back in next 2 weeks

Paid $55 for 30 mins whole body massage which didn’t happen bc apparently it’ll take more than 30 mins. Weren’t informed about that bc the reception recommended the Thai whole body massage with oil for 30 mins ($55).Not the best but not bad as well. Don’t rely on the reviews it’s misleading.

I had a terrible experience at this massage store. I booked a 60 min massage but the pressure was weak at best and I couldn't feel anything. When I asked the masseur for deep tissue, she said I had to pay extra. I agreed to pay, but she only tried harder in the last 20 min of the massage.In addition, the receptionist was extremely rude throughout my visit. When I went to pay, she demanded an extra $30 for the last 20 min of deep tissue. I explained that I had already paid $75 for it, and that I only felt someone was doing massage for the last minute. I was absolutely willing to pay but $30 was not what I expected. However, she insisted that regardless of when I requested, I would be charged extra $30 for it.Their service was poor and their attitude towards customers was disrespectful. I feel cheated and mistreated by this store. They even blamed me for not asking for deep tissue in the first place, which is ridiculous since I did ask and agreed to pay extra.I do not recommend this massage store to anyone. Stay away if you want to avoid being scammed and treated poorly.

It's one of my go-to places to get a massage every time I visit Sydney. Always good.
