Really poor service so far, not resolved and haven’t heard a response from the company.The product arrived dirty inside the packing, the QR code didn’t link to the instructions on the box and the roof frame bar broke straight away.They did add a few bonus items in the shipping but tbh very disappointed with the product.

My dog LOVES his kennel! He uses it for his day time snoozes. He starts his night time sleep in the kennel and will be in it all night from time to time. Very pleased with the purchase I made over a year ago!

The design of the mattress is rubbish, and my pug destroyed it in one night because all the corners are tied where the dog can easily get it.I emailed the company some ideas about how to improve the product, and was politely told its my dogs fault. They denied a refund and said I could buy another mattress! Not the right way to handle the situation. Dont deal with this company

We have had our hound house frame for about 5 years now. I love that I can just replace the hoods when they start to wear (and that is normally through the base after about every 2 years due to my Labrador “digging” at it) we have had wooden and plastic kennels that my Lab and staffy have destroyed really quickly but the hound house has been tough and great value.

I have German shepherds use these. They love them and they are tough enough houses. Lasts for years if treated right. Best to use under a patio or similar as not suited for outdoors..people need to realise this. Best to put some support under them like a small box if being used with large breeds. I also put extra bedding in them. I have bought a small one for indoor use for the little ones, they love them too.
