I purchased a vintage computer online and needed it sent from Burwood Village to Sydney. The staff at this store were super helpful and friendly. The seller dropped the computer off at the front counter and the Pack & Send staff took extra care to package it up securely and arrange freight. The computer arrived quickly and in perfect condition.I would definitely use them again to handle any fragile or rare items.

This Pack & Send offers excellent service. I found the whole experience of sending important documents to Indonesia less stressful when dealing with Sam and his team at Pack & Send. He offered excellent advice and his customer service was fantastic. I can highly recommend this business if you need advice with sending items overseas.

Sam was very friendly, helpful, and extremely responsive throughout the process. Had to send 2 large boxes to New York, Sam was very though in explaining my choices and the benefits of using their courier of choice DHL which would help avoid having additional warehousing fees.

Sam assisted us with moving an oven from Victoria to Western Australia. He made sure the package was wrapped properly so it would not be damaged during freight. Sam was very diligent and kind in his communications and extremely efficient. I could not recommend him more. He takes pride and care in his work and will do his best to ensure that your needs have been met.

Excellent service and top professionalism.I had my stuff transported interstate with them and was surprised to find they had my items which included electronics and books. All were wrapped neatly and elegantly. The service was absolutely worthless it and if I want to move interesting most likely I ll choose them

My entire experience with this Pack Send location was above and beyond. I was able to communicate swiftly through email (I hate using the phone) and Sam, the proprietor, was extremely helpful and genuinely friendly throughout the whole process. Service was prompt and I was updated the whole way. They even checked in after delivery to make sure there were no issues. If I ever have to use a courier service in Australia again, I will come back here without hesitation.Thanks!

Once again, I had the pleasure of dealing with Sam at Pack and Send, Burwood Village. He is most professional in his approach and worked out the most economical rate to send my parcel to Brisbane. I have no hesitation in recommending this service if you ever require any item, no matter what size or shape either local or interstate. This parcel arrived undamaged and in three days, Melbourne to Brisbane. Business matters aside, Sam is a thorough gentleman to do business with.

Sam was friendly and helpful in sending some of my late wife's personal effects to her sister in Auckland. Sam packed and boxed everything for us, a lot being fragile. The boxes were sent on a Friday and delivered to the destination address in New Zealand on the following Monday morning by DHL. A very quick and efficient service that I cannot recommend more highly
