I had a great experience with Coates renting a skid steer loader. Originally enquired via a web chat and dealt with Charlie for most of the interactions. He was great to deal with and I didn't feel like my questions were stupid. He even called me before debiting my card for the fuel. Drivers for delivery were also great to deal with.

I have booked my forklift licence training a month ago, they have asked me to pay in advance $575/- which I have done, applied my two day off from job in a busy month, got an email from coatshire that our trainer has got sick 10 days in advance, now I have been requesting my money to be refunded from last 8 days and all in vain.Just a wastage of time and received a pathetic service or unprofessional behaviour from coatshire.Never ever apply again, not recommended at all.Scam company.
