We have used the company for many years, and have always found them timely, professional and comprehensive in their service. Greg came within 45 minutes of us calling to say we had a leak in pour septic system. He drained the system, and provided advice as to how we should proceed to rectify any lingering issue. Another most satisfactory experience!

My wife and I, recently engaged the services of Sludgebusters to retrieve an engagement ring that had been flushed down the toilet. Luckily we were using a septic tank so we knew where the ring was however, we were obviously unable to recover it.After speaking with Sludgebusters, I was advised that there is a chance that they could retrieve the ring however, we cannot guarantee anything.The communication between the office and myself was amazing, ringing us the day before and the day of.Anthony was the driver that arrived on the day, who was extremely experienced and brilliant to deal with, talking us through the process and was just as excited as us to find the ring!After roughly 20 minutes, there was something that could be seen at the bottom of the septic. We had the found the ring!!I was absolutely amazed as I really hadn't believed that we would find it.Nothing was too much trouble for Anthony, he also cleaned out the second septic tank on the property after being asked on the day.I still comment every morning, that I cannot believe that they found the ring!!I highly recommend their services, professional, qualified and know exactly what they are doing.Thanks again Sludgebusters, you are miracle workers!!
