Telstra The Glen

Very bad experience, do not understand why this stores open but encourage customers to go to other stores. If this is the attitude, then you should shut this store.If shortage of staff, then you should hire more staff instead of making customer waiting for 1.5 hours. And discourage customers from making appointments.You are making it so hard for customers to reach, then why would people want to pay premium to come to you? Better close down!

Best Customer service experience I had in a long time. I was attended by Steven and he had the most pleasant approach towards a new walk in customer. He didn't try to sell, he tried to meet my requirement by understanding my situations better. Asked the right questions and I'm sure Telstra is spending a lot on training their staff. Can't say enough to praise the level of service. Ask for Steve when you walk in next.

Keith was fantastic in helping my dad port his number from Optus to Telstra. The process took 20 minutes, and my dad and I were extremely happy with the service.

Holy smokes, I would give nothing if possible. I came to this store this afternoon having reserved a phone (mind you I am 40 mins away via driving). The guy confirmed he had the device put aside but upon arrival, nothing. They sold the device so ridiculous. Also store was sitting empty and the EFM iPad was also empty yet no one served me or even sat me downAbsolutely stupid logic for a genuine customer

I visited the Telstar shop at The Glen at 4pm on Saturday 3 December having been directed to go to a Telstra shop for expediency for transfer of ownership. The lady refused to help me.Shame as the service from Telstra over the phone was excellent. Very frustrating.I called back the Telstra phone service who volunteered to speak to the staff at the shop. The staff at the shop said they were too busy to help. At this there were 4 staff walking around the store doing nothing - which was pointed out to them - but they still refused to assist.I do hope Telstra notes this and takes relevant action so that other would be customers are not disappointed.I went across to the Optus shopand the staff were so very helpful.I give this shop a one star as there is no option below this.This is to alert customers- if you want service go to any other Telstra shop.

Really bad experiences with Fiona, who is the manager of The Glen branch. She was playing with another colleague, and the whole shop is empty, however, she cannot services us until 45 mins after, ridiculous!! the whole shop was not a customer at all. And  I would like to book an appointment for the afternoon time, but she said no again!!! How could they service customers as the call centre is closed during the weekend??? For my observiation, they just don't want to service customer.

Being in business for over 30 years and been with telstra for the last 15years ,time came up for purchasing 4 new work phones as we do every 2 years with contracts, on the 15th December we had a meeting with Steven Um all 4 of us talked about the type of phone and type of plan, all went well, they emailed us saying 2 phones have arrived but we said to wait till the last 2 phones arrive then we'd collect them, well months went by without anyone contacting us, decided to go in person when I spoke with a salesperson regarding our order , he stated we never proceeded with a contact, I stated that 2 phones are waiting but 2 more to come, no, no one signed anything, I've delt with people for many years and the attitude and lack of professionalism was next to nothing, I ended up walking out in a furious state, I will be taking our business elsewhere, and reading some of the reviews I know now the problem lays entirely with the staff and stores management,

Worst service I've ever had in my life. If you just walk in, you need to wait at least 2 hours , then they will spend about 30 mins to verify your identity. Finally, they will say “Sorry I cannot help you with that〞and write down a useless number for you.

Went there in afternoon.The asian guy who is the assistant in the store served with absolutely disgusting attitude, treating us like the customers are idiots. He didn't solve any problems from us and keep asking us to call telstra phone number without any clear explanation. He refused to give any other service by stating they are fully booked but there is not a single customer in a store.Absolutely will not go back anymore.Telstra needs to work on more on their staff quality and attitude.

Great service from Witty and her manager! Super lovely and helped sort us out with a new Apple Watch. Felt like 5 star service!
