Highly recommend the team at Shutterworld and Bradley in particular for the installation of our roller shutters.We had to get them to come back out to take off a shutter so our builder could fix a window. Bradley and the team went above and beyond to help us out.

My first ever shutter at home. Friend of mine had a shutter with them, in the name Heukro, been there for 10 odd years, never had a problem.I had a few quotes but decided to went with these guys. Everything went smoothly, shutter looks nice on my window, installation guy is really nice and helpful too. Will recommend it to all my friends.

Bradley and rest of the team were very friendly and efficient. Bradley also answered all my questions and always a quick response when I contacted him. Shutters look amazing and giving us extra security but also keeping us warm this winter. Very happy!!

I had this mob out last week to do a service call. The contractor that came out was very nice however, basically said the tracks needed a clean. Possibly due to the building works going on in the area. He was here for less than 5 mins. When l called the office to say thanks l was told l still had to pay the full service call fee of $150 which was reduced to $130 by the end of the conversation. I didnt mind paying towards the service call but l thought that was a little too much. I am a past client of Shutter World... would l use them again MAYBE NOT!

From start to finish, the process was very pleasant in particular dealing with Bradely. Bradely is a lovely person to deal with, very professional and attentive to our needs as clients. He also attended when their tradesman was installing the shutters to make sure everything is ok and even gave them a hand. The competitive price provided by him and with support of his boss was also a winner. We've had the shutters for a while now and everything going well. Highly recommended!

Have been dealing with Shutter World since the 80s (Previously Heukro) always been happy with service until recently. Tried to book a job before Christmas and was told they ring back, still waiting. Rang up again at the being of last week to book the same job, they rang back and told my wife they would be out Monday 5th March. Monday went by and no show. Rang 3 times Tuesday and was told they would get back to me with explanation, no reply. Rang twice Tuesday morning no answer, left message. What`s going on after all the good years of service.Finally made contact with Shutter World. That apologised, for the service. Have been having staffing problems, came out yesterday afternoon & fixed shutter. Serviceman was very polite & helpful
