I can highly recommend Raj for his ability to resolve computer problems, in a timely manner and at a reasonable rate. My computer is essential for my work and when it stated to go slow Raj was able to identify and solve the issues and get me back working again.Raj is also able to provide clear on line support, he was able to talk me through and resolve a separate internet connection issue last weekend, which was caused by a software upgrade, in 5 minutes, and get me back to work on a project that had a tight deadline.

I am so delighted to have come across Raj. I almost gave up hope of fixing my HP computer and then I rang Raj. He was totally clear of how he charged and went way beyond to troubleshoot, research, fix and ultimately helping me to take HP to court! Can't recommend this guy highly enough.

I rang Raj because I was unable to get my laptop to start. He spent time finding out what the problem was and what my options were. He communicated these very clearly to me and was able retrieve my information. I am very grateful to him. I highly recommend him.
