Dropped my telly off at about 4pm in the arvo that wasnt working. Next morning at about 10 he said he had it fixed and it would be $60 easy and simple. very happy

Unfortunately due to my poor tv brand choice, they were unable to help. But we're vwry friendly and gave me some great advice on what other brands to avoid.

He is a cheat. Claiming how much the installed product costs. In actual fact it was a fraction from what he charged.Labour was completely overcharged. Go to someone else not this company.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this business.Initially everything was great, we needed a damage report for a broken TV to submit to our insurer and Greenes Television Services were so prompt and easy to deal with.I was provided the incorrect advice by my insurer who told me they would pay the invoice on my behalf. This did not happen and I received a very angry and aggressive call suggesting I was trying to rip Greenes off.This was the first attempt made to contact me (that I'm aware of) and the moment I realized the mistake I was very apologetic and promised to pay straight away.The man I spoke to was very rude, he kept interrupting me and made comments such as I guess I believe you're telling the truth" which I do not appreciate. As the service I received was a couple of months ago I was very confused and was trying to understand who this man was and what had happened and this was met with impatience and frustration. Had there been previous unsuccessful attempts to contact me and/or had I refused to pay I could understand the suspicion and attitude of the caller but this was not the case. I felt pressured to pay over the phone because of his pushy nature and I was not trusting of this man after he had been aggressive and accusing.It was very intimidating as a young woman receiving a call from an older

Graham and his team were very good to deal with,and the qoute I got was reasonable and cheap.I would reccomend anyone that needs TV repairs done to go see them.good honest people.

Arrived promptly ahead of time the morning after my phone call the previous day. They are efficient, honest, and quickly identified the current set up of cabling and problem to reactivate a tv point.Don't hesitate to contact them as they won't mess you around.
