I cannot commend enough the professionalism, support & high level of personalised customer service experience provided byPaulette Preedy (National Storage - Martin). Her high level facility presentation, maintenance and demonstrated pride is exemplary. Should you be thinking about accessing a highly accomodating and flexible storage solution then I don’t think you need to look any further than the service provided by Paulette at National Storage - Martin as it cannot be bested! Keep up the superlative work Paulette as you are truly an excellent ambassador for National Storage.

Good facilities, helpful staff and reasonable storage costs—Amended my review following an abrasive email from the manager about an overlooked account. Shame, everything else is great I really liked dealing with these guys until then.

Had my storage yard broken into along with 4 others in the complex over 2 months ago, the fence has not been fixed properly yet and i received a raise in rental amount today how can rents be increased when the facility is not up to scratch.

About 3 months ago I had my storage locker broken into. I was pretty much cleaned out. I thought ok well at least it was insured. Hmmmm, I had well over $10,000 worth of goods in there but because it was 6 yrs old (been stored for 5 yrs) it had depreciated by at least 60,percent. They offered 3800 which I accepted, my issue is that it has now been nearly 2months since the paperwork was signed and all I keep getting is excuses why it hasn't been paid yet. P.s. it's an insurance broker not a company.
