Booked a chipper for the weekend, had to postpone it a week to suit their logistic issues, agreed upon a price and then when i went to pick up the item they tried to charge me 200% on agreed price because it was a long weekend - even though it was their choice to give it to me on that weekend. I only need it for a day so i had to re-book it for the following weekend to suit them. 3 people had to change their plans because of this and the Chipper sat in the hire shed doing nothing over the long weekend.
