There's a pretty awesome community here. The commercial and retail space includes a supermarket, barber shop, vibrant cafe, fine dining restaurant, bottle shop, gym and still more to come. The concierge team is amazing (John Paul, Jake, Alan). Will go out of their way to ensure things run smoothly and residents and visitors are having a positive experience. The team is a pleasure to be around.

Such a lovely place in the heart of St Leonards. There is anything you need at your doorstep, now more than ever with the new opening of Salon Lane.Concierges are always so pleasing, nice and polite. They are always happy to have a chat and accomodate your needs.

The property it self is good. Constant issues with common areas mostly due to building management or lack there of. Pro Act FM are terrible at managing this site. Strata fees have doubled since opening 2 years ago and there are still ongoing issues with the developer

Keep up the good work !Since I have moved in recently the conceirge service has unequivocally been top-tier since day one. All of the conceirge staff in building 472 and 486 have always been so friendly and exceptionally helpful in resolving all of my administrative and move-in related issues.I also wanted to commend Jake (as well as the broader conceirge team) on the absolutely outstanding customer service during my move-in into the building.Jake went the extra mile to ensure I understood all the steps involved and also was highly efficient in scheduling and rescheduling the dates.His great customer service, attitude and friendliness definitely made my move into the building seamless.Keep up the great work Conceirge team !!

Susan from the front desk team is the star , he genuinely want to help people and act professionally. Girl ( don’t their name) also super friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you SLS team, make it a safe and welcoming place.

The concierge treats tenants like they are in a penitentiary, far from a relaxing and pleasant environment.

The concierge team at St Leonards is simply outstanding! They always greet residents with a smile and are incredibly helpful. I am living here for past 6 months, Weather it's receiving packages, coordinating maintenance requests or providing local recommendations. Their friendly and professional service truly enhances the living experience here. A big shoutout to concierge staff.

I have to give a special mention to Vijaya Sainju, the friendly receptionist. Vijaya goes above and beyond his duties with a joyful spirit and an uncanny ability to handle inquiries efficiently. Any issue which I have had since living here has been promptly dealt with by him personally. His dedication and friendly demeanor bring a unique sense of warmth and community to the Square, making it more than just a place to live, but a home.St Leonards Square's pristine cleanliness and well-maintained facilities stand as a testament to the careful attention given to preserving its stylish and elegant appeal. The remarkable tidiness extends from the chic lobby to the various amenities on offer, creating an environment that is not only visually appealing but also supremely comfortable.

I live in the William building and the staff is absolutely amazing! Maniss is always so lovely and polite! He always helps out where he can! So grateful to live in such a wonderful place!
