This BigW store is slowly becoming a 'has-been' store. I say this because the choice of products has dropped to an all-time low. And to add salt to their commercial wound, they have now removed almost All DVD and Blu-ray products! replaced with even more iPhone cables and other needless products.I always went there for a Blu-ray, then left with T-shirts and socks, some car accessories and maybe some pet stuff. But now I see no reason to go there at all, may as well concede and purchase it all online. Thanks for nothing BigW. Oh! and let's not forget how RUDE the front counter staff are, my god, what's wrong with them, not enough pay?

Rudest and most obnoxious customer service staff I have ever experienced in store today. Older woman in her 50s with long curly hair. Is clearly so jaded she should not be a public facing store worker. I get it, Christmas in retail sucks, people are annoying, but her attitude was completely uncalled for. Do better Big W.

Value for money, promp, e perienced and friendly service, pleasant atmosphere. FWIW, I have always preferred operator check-outs over waiting in line for self- serve noobs, thankfully Big W have not gone down the full self serve rabbit hole. Usually have what I need at a fair price. Current store management needs to take a chill pill at times but generally pretty relaxed. Problem customer 'Karen' types handled patiently and professionally.

Bought a bicycle for my son last week assembled it and was running fine until last Tuesday and after the paddles start slipping,took it to parabanks big w and ask for a replacement ,they ask me for the receipt which unfortunately I have lost ,but was ready to give the time and date and the credit card details also kept the tag on the pa king so they can verify the purchase,but the girl at the service counter refuse to even check the tag or punch in the credit card details instead ask $25 to have a look on the bicycle which is well under warranty ,I was actually went to buy another one for my older boy but will never go to this store again.
