The team at arrive have been fantastic to deal with and are by far the best property agency I have rented through. Their systems are very clear and rent/invoices etc are really easy to manage through their tenant portal. The staff are enthusiastic and they are quick to respond and rectify any issues or challenges that arise throughout the rental period!

I had to go back Karen after unsuccessful listing with another agent. Karen managed to get my property successfully rented out swiftly and we like the tenants she found for us! Highly recommended.

Staff can be good and helpful but experience in renting and leaving/ending lease with them was awful.They will point out to every single small detail in the house to be fixed otherwise bond will be compromised.It adds so much extra stress...During the rental, they missed many maintenance requests and was very hard to get already promised improvements, again adding lots of stress.They also allowed rent to be excessively increased, which finally made us break the contract and leave.After this experience, I would never rent with them again or use them as my property managers for my properties.
