I am writing to express my disappointment with the service provided to my child, who is currently enrolled in your year 5 coaching program. While I appreciate the efforts made by the tutors, I am concerned about the quality of education my child is receiving.The booklet provided for class work and homework is incomplete and does not provide adequate support for my child to complete their work independently. Despite raising this concern with the administration, I was met with arrogance and was told to send my child to additional homework help sessions, which would add another half hour on top of the already lengthy three-hour coaching sessions.Furthermore, I have observed that the class work is often only halfway completed and it appears that the tutors are not ensuring that the children understand the concepts being taught. As a result, my child is struggling to complete their homework and is not receiving the support they need to succeed academically.I am also disappointed that I paid $80 for a one-day coaching session, which was taken in advance for the whole term. This investment has not yielded the results I was hoping for, and I feel helpless in this situation.

My older brother and I studied mathematics under the manager of this branch during our years in primary school. I am truly grateful that we were able to meet such a competent teacher towards the beginning of our schooling journey. Due to his ability to teach others with such ease, he is also able to pick out high quality teachers to take on other classes within the branch.At North Shore Atwell, they have created a kind and caring environment that is able to foster a true love for learning.My younger sister has just been enrolled and I feel relieved knowing that her schooling is now in safe hands.Overall 10/10

Our kids really improved over the years with North Shore College Atwell Branch. We especially appreciated the attentiveness and helpfulness of teachers and administration staff and great flexibility of options. I would strongly recommend it to any parents who want their kids to succeed
