Walked in as a typical customer 5 minutes to closing. Awesome welcoming attitude from every single staff member. We were directed to where we needed to go in store. The 2 young girls serving upstairs were great. Attentive even after closing time. I’m sure they would have been ran off their feet all day yet still they excelled. Great service even as we left the guys downstairs were friendly and courteous as we walked out after closing time. In this day in age I reluctantly shop retail in store due to poor staff service. The stafff here are fantastic. Training and/or recruitment is on point. 10/10. Keep up the great work.

Went in with my toddler to find him some new thongs. I needed some help to find things so we went to the counter and waited for those being served to finish. We were completely ignored and people standing behind us were spoken to and served first. Safe to say I happily walked out without purchasing anything and will not be back.

I got served by mango , the person who runs the store. I give my one star to mango just to him and not anybody else specifically for his disgusting customer service. I went into the store to buy a set of fins for my surfboard, I spent $300 on accessories and one of them was a fin. He sold me the fin without a locking plate and he knew about it and said it was okay to use without because of my low understanding of surfboards. I recently went surfing with my son and tried to install the fin without the locking plate and it would constantly fall out because there was nothing holding it in. I went back to the store and complained the the fin wouldn’t fit in without falling out. Magnus kept repeating that there was a locking plate in the bag the contained the fin, but there was nothing inside. He didn’t offer me any other options to to resolve this problem, so I wanted to report a complaint to the company, I asked for details and he loudly stated - “GO FIND IT YOURSELF”. I left the store feeling disrespected and confused.I rang the Marion JR Surf and automatic had the best customer service and resolved my issue.Customer Service is top priority as I owe my own business.David

Walked in looking for some new havaianas on a monday afternoon. range was ok but even though staff doing nothing, no one even asked if i was ok. Moved on, range of shoes caught my eye on the way out and was keen to try a pair but once again staff were either chatting to each other about their weekend's or folding jumpers at the other end of the store. Walked out after about 15 mins or so.. so did a $90 purchase. Bought the same product online with about the same amount of help. Cheers

I was there for roxy thongs a nice selection and other brands as well. The sizing is confusing and even though there were 4 people round the counter noboby came to help there was no one else in store but the 4 counter staff were more interested in just laughing amongst themselves. I picked the thongs i wanted went to the counter with questions about sizing but they had to google the answer. Infact i knew more about the sizing. Howeveri did but 3 pairs of roxy thongs nice range
