I have worked for redfield for quite a number of months as a drill fitter contracting. From the start John sleight has been very professional and prompt in every stage of on boarding through to continually checking in with his workers with great communication. His experience in placing the correct people in the best working environments to achieve the best performance in both aspects is a great thing to see with his experience. If you are chasing work give redfield resources a ring and ask for John .

Massive thanks to Josh from (Redfield resources) he is very professional in his field of work He gave me updates as soon as he knew. also gave me very good understanding of what Redfield resources does in their industry and talked about the different career progression one can take. Definitely would recommend Josh to others his feed back is a solid 11/10. I also encourage new people who want to become a driller offsider to absolutely do it. Been an absolute breeze dealing with Redfield Resources.It took 3 days to be told I had a job, kept up to date with any info needed.Josh has been more than happy to chat on the phone about anything I need as I'm new to fifo. Josh has made sure my wife knows what to expect as well as myself while I'm getting ise to fifo life.I would and will recommend Redfield Resources to anyone wanting to find fifo work.
