Went here today after getting awful service at Buds and Branches. The service here was awesome and the lady was so helpful. She had my daughter’s favourite flowers in stock and and delivered a beautiful bouquet within an hour. Thank you so much. My daughter loved them

A huge thank you to Jodi and the team at Kilmore Florist for our wedding flowers! Our floral arrangements were all so beautiful. Jodi was so helpful walking us through everything from consultation to suggesting ideas and even sourcing additional props we wanted. The bouquets, boutonnieres, arbour arrangement, reception flowers and column pots were all better than we expected. Fantastic value for money, and the service was second to none!

Unfortunately not a good experience for me. Purchased flowers and a gift online to be delivered on my daughters birthday - and was shocked and disappointed to hear nothing had been received. Asked for a refund the next day to re-purchase at a different local florist, but was told they’d add in chocolates and balloons and make it really special for the mistake and inconvenience. When my daughter sent me a pic I was still left disappointed— the flowers were beautiful… but the whole experience and the one little balloon thrown in wasn’t worth the disappointment I felt not having this delivered on my daughters actual birthday.If you order online, maybe just call an hour later to make sure they received the order, just to be safe.

I rang from the uk to send my sister some flowers, the line wasn’t great but the lady on the phone was incredibly patient and helpful. My sister received her flowers the same day and they are absolutely beautiful. Incredible customer service, I can’t thank you enough and will surely be using you again in the future x
