Bathroom Upgrade was a little slow on my initial delivery query, but they more than made up for it with a great deal on my new glass shower screen, and great delivery service. They really went above and beyond and was very impressed with their service. Highly recommend.

The price, service & range of selection of bathroom accessories in this shop is amazing!!! Don't decide to buy anything yet until you visit this place. Luxury items are at the average cost. If an item is not available, they will get it for you in the next day. I highly, highly recommend Bathroom Upgrades for their extremely great customer service.I was in urgent need of a kitchen mixer, Retha was very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we got exactly what we wanted in such a short time frame. Been here multiple times with mum over last 5 years. Excellent prices but in particular, excellent customer service. Very polite and welcoming. Easily approachable. Very flexible with timing of delivery - above and beyond. Mum was very happy!

Service was friendly and price was unbeatable. Purchased an old apartment and looked to upgrade the bathroom so the place wouldn’t feel old. Got a stone top vanity and mirror cabinet. Am very happy with my purchase.
