30 Minutes for 4 meals wow slow as slow and the manager adam didnt care was not fussed will be talking this further with mcdonalds Corporate.Absolutely shoud be ashamed especially when i watched 12 orders go out while waiting for mine.

It was a late lunch. Store was in disarray and looked like it had been smashed over lunch service. Furniture 'hanging out', tables not wiped down, restocking of serviettes etc required, main bench top home to cup holder trays, toilets in need of a clean (underside of handbasin in parent toilet looked like it had never seen a cleaning cloth); the staff were very drive thru focused and the walk in customers were left hanging or straight out ignored. Salad box was missing the pepita pack and the exterior of the box had greasy finger prints smeared across it.

This maccas is going downhill fast. The cleanliness used to be good now it's like they don't care. Service is great, the staff seem to enjoy their job and have a good time.

Food is always poor quality. Service always shocking. Wait times are long and prices are high for fast food.Would not recommend

This place is definitely worth visiting. The food is great, although the service can be a bit slow. However, if you're not in a hurry, I highly recommend giving it a try. They have ample parking available, and the quality of the food is excellent. My only wish is that they were open 24/7, but unfortunately, they close at 11 am. Nonetheless, overall it's a good experience, and Mac Café offers delicious food options.

We ordered food for the family and it was absolutley discraseful, we ordered 2 Mcfeast burgers and both of them didnt come with half of the stuff inside, it was missing half of it’s fillings, Including one of the burgers coming with a giant chunck taken out of the top bun, as we saw this we were absolutley discusted. As well as not been givin any condiments including straws, napkins etc, this is absolutely just not expectable..:

Ordered chocolate thick shakes but had no flavour, these aren't cheap either to get wrong. Bene other times and they are good at leaving items out or being of a similar quality to roadkill.

While the coffee is the best in Warrnambool,The management have totally disregarded the maintenance of the men's loo - no water pressure, no-one apparently wants to clean it or maintain it.If you go there - use the disabled toilet - at least you have an OK" loo - if they put a handle on the tap!!"

Would love for store to open play area, it's closed often when I pop in with toddler. the staffs main focus are the drive thru customers. Their happy to have you wait over 10mins for your order on front counter. I ordered on app to enjoy in-store, One positive was food was made well.It's disappointing seeing 5 staff helping on last window drive-thur. And none giving time for front counter, service. This would have been totally unacceptable when i worked for McDonald's""

Sunday drive thru needs to work a lot faster. 15 min just to get to the speaker, then 10 min more to get to the window to be told to go to the waiting bay for another 10 min. Not really fast food! Usually ok when ordering in store I think i just had them on a bad day.
