This was probably the best shopping experience I had through lockdown. I wasn't sure of which items I needed and requested some suggestions. My email was responded to within a day. After this my I placed my order and was in desperate need of it not to be late because it is a gift. I was assured that it would arrive it time, and arrive in time it certainly did! Update:The support team called me directly, explained that the chat system I was using to contact them wasn't working - they weren't getting any of my emails. The issue with the order was that the Gi I ordered was lost in transit (not their fault but the courier's).After speaking to Harry the sales representative, they sent a brand new product through by express delivery and refunded the original order.Stoked with the outcome. Two of them arrived promptly in a week from Queensland to the ACT. The last item however, still has not been delivered for over 1 month.

You sent a ' partial ' delivery without a groin guard because you didn't have the one I needed so you sent nothing. You offered another type and told me it has been posted but nothing has been sent from your end.EDITHave since been contacted straight away by management and a replacement arrived straight away. Thankyou for getting on to the problem and fixing it up.

The order was confirmed and arranged for delivery quite quickly. But I missed a little info and things started to get out of hand. Even after informing the shipping company and still it was not re-delivered. Though there are email response from the company's online support. But it does not lead to any resolution. No clear response on how they gonna resolve the issue. Quite disappointed. Still no sight of receiving what I've purchased.I am very pleased to have received response directly from MMA Direct Sheila the same day and resolving the matter right away. Resolution: finding another courier to ship the product.It has been a nightmare for all parties handling issue with freight services. I really appreciate MMA Direct's focus on customer service and building good business.

Easy to use site with quality products and Excellent customer service.After initially having issues with delivery which was of no fault of MMA Direct.I finally got in touch with Harry on the customer service team who was very helpful and quick to rectify the issue by having a replacement sent out so I wasn’t left out of pocket.
