Airpro

I rang this morning to re-book in our air-con that is broken. My partner had made an appointment the day before but I told him to cancel it and this was not due to his fault. The lady I spoke to was EXTREMELY RUDE, aggressive the way she spoke & it seemed as tho she did not like the fact we cancelled. Her customer service is appalling and when you put someone on hold you let them know and dont cut off people mid through a conversation. She did not even try and effort to get us booked in and advised in her own words that bigger air-cons were more important.If people recommend this company I will be telling them not to use it due to the lack of customer service & rudeness that was received.She might want to go and get some lessons on how to deal with people and the way she speaks.

We had a split system installed by Airpro a couple of years ago why was slowly getting less and less cold. I called to see if they could come and take a look as it was still under warranty.They came out straight away and did a few tests then came back to fix it within a couple of days. When they arrived to fix it i asked if they could move the unit from the side wall to the roof so it wasnt in the way. They were happy to do it and i was happy to pay the couple of hundred in labout to have it moved.I work in construction and have a business with very high standards and it seem to be a rare thing these days to see good tradies with good management.I will recommend you guys ;)Cheers,Mitch and Jade

I was recommended this place by the Good Guys in Clarkson. Installation was arranged and no one turned up. I had tried to phone the office and no one answered, I then called the mobile number which went straight to voice mail and left a message. No one called me to inform me of any delays, or any reason why no one would be attending. I had waited at home for several hours with no one attending as arranged. after getting annoyed I went to the office at about 2pm. I was informed by the neighbouring premises that the installer hadn't been there all day.I was finally called on Monday morning at 8am (2 days after the due installation date) and asked if I would be available that afternoon. The excuse I was given was that they had been tucked up on another job and services. I understand that things happen but no phone call or information was highly disappointing when I had taken time off to wait for them. I have now arranged through another company. I wouldn't bother wasting your time.

We had Airpro fix our air conditioner as it wasn't cooling very well and we called Airpro as they were recommended to us by a friend and we couldn't be happier with their service. We thought we would be up for thousands of dollars for a new system but the chap that came out was awesome and best of all he was honest..after a $90 part plus a little bit of labour costs our house is warm and cosy again.definitely worth giving these guys a go for sure.

We were recommended to Air-Pro by a friend. We had three systems installed on a commercial build. When we opened our business and it rained, massive amounts of water came in via the roof right under the air-conditioning. We called out roof plumbers who informed us it was the Air Con. We sent footage of the flooding to Airpro. They denied it was the Air Conditioning. We went back to the roof plumbers who resealed all of Airpro's work. The building continued to flood during heavy rain. Litres of water coming in to the building under the Air Con unit. We had to call out carpet cleaners to remove all the water from the carpet over and over again. We engaged a building inspector. They advised that the plumbing installed by Airpro was inadequate and we had to have the whole system re-plumbed. Have not had a flooding since. Don't use them they are the worst tradespeople I have ever used.

Great service and price. My work aircon blew up on one of the hottest days this year in Perth. By the close of business the next day Airpro had installed a brand new Daikin split system. Thanks guys, A++ service.

15 other companies walked away from our install including some I’d assumed were more professional, ie Mouritz, great solution and has worked a treat over this summer, professional and seamless, thank you for going that bit extra

Not just the best air conditioning servicemen in the business but hands-down the BEST tradesmen I’ve dealt with. Fast, courteous, proficient and reasonably priced. Two experiences to date and both were the same. They’re busy for a very good reason. Look no further.

We've had AirPro service our home evaporative system on a few occasions and have no complaints. Time came to install a split system in the office and we decided to give AirPro a shot. From the initial contact, with sound advice followed by a prompt quote and a planned installation date we were impressed. Their technicians arrived punctually, were polite and completed the job in a timely manner. They left the areas they were working in clean & tidy.
