I’ve had the very best experience working with Jo and the team at JMW. I bought and have rented through them and would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell or buy.

When I rented by myself ,she told me 2 days before I was due to move in that I was being put in a different flat.Left it uncleaned and disgusting. No light globes, a filthy/ non working oven, roof leaks , open fly screens, mouse poo throughout the whole house etc. Was told I'd receive a paint job and a a new air-conditioning. The flat that was meant to move into received it (real estate is friendly with tennant- also cleaned it )but I never did.Couldn't get in contact with her.Wouldn't reimburse me money that I'd spent on the property etc etcI left and moved in with my partner.We told her this and she said we could amend the lease.The next day she said don't worry about it because we haven't been together long enough(which isn't how a lease works) and told him I was a 'witch'.She's been MIA and never does inspections or fixes things- no condition report was taken on both properties.Then she told my partner (verbally) the house had been sold and we have 30 days to move (before any contracts had been exchanged and before settlement was decided).Even though we know our rights and we don't have to move on a fixed lease.Then some random man rang my partner, twice, and threatened him and said we had 90 days to leave due to over occupancy or we will be dealing with him. He doesn't work there and we have never dealt with him prior.She has used me not being on the current lease against us, she's had this man write emails on behalf of her so she's not accountable and has said important information in person to eliminate evidence.Moral is- do not instill your trust into this business.

A disgraceful service with no morals or concerns for their tenants or properties. When questioned with reasonable inquiries, you are ignored, bullied and belittled by her employee.Do not use this business.

Lovely lady and has a great team, bent over backwards to find a suitable rental for my family (me, 2 children + 2 dogs). Highly recommend.
