Dry as chips in the Isa riverbed. Prayed for rain to was away all the rubbish in there and bring in fresh water.

Can get there with high clearance 2WD, but drive steady. About 20 mins off the highway. Good swimming n top camping spots. We were there at the end of school holiday's n had plenty of room. But if going when busy, you would probably want a 4WD to ensure you can access some of the harder campsites.
