My partner bought a 3800 bike thereTubeless tyres were not fitted properly no sealant in them and now after visiting the local shop here that the bike is way to big for her.Bad experience all around

Nice friendly guys that pumped up my wheelchair tyres on a recent holiday in Melbourne. Thanks, much appreciated as trying to find a servo that pumps to 110psi in the city was tricky.

Had the most amazing service today in store. Went in pretty green looking to upgrade my shoes and received expert advice and got a pair of shoes that are so suited to me and after trying them on my bike when I got home it’s a massive improvement from what I had. Kind and cheerful service. I came in for an inner + outer tire replacement once. Later I came back because I had a problem with my saddle and chain, which they fixed for me for free. Thanks guys, appreciate it.

Outstanding service. Ordered a bike box at the last moment to travel to USA. Time frame was very short and I was worried it wouldnt arrive in time. Left Melbourne on Monday and arrived in Sydney the next day. Will be using these guys again.

Although I'm a BMX'er and this shop isn't really focused on people like myself I still give this store a 5 star rating because of the range of tools kept in stock and on display. After visiting all the usual BMX stores looking for a freewheel remover it was only Cecil Walkers that had one in stock and ready to go. When I went to the store to pick the tool up I was amazed at the display wall with every tool you'd ever need to repair your bike, by far the biggest collection of ready to go tools in Melbourne. The guy behind the counter was very helpful and knew his bikes. Great shopping experience.
